WILLEMSTAD - A total of nine people were arrested in Curaçao during the curfew this weekend.

There was a lot of checking on the island in the evening. Nine persons were taken into custody because they did not have a good valid reason to be out on the street.

The police will continue their traffic checks these days and warn those who’s cars are not supposed to be on the streets to adhere to the rules. They will be fined.
