WILLEMSTAD – A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an attempted murder involving a firearm, according to a press release issued by the Curaçao Police Force (KPC). 

The suspect was apprehended on Thursday by the Atrako Team in the vicinity of Scharlooweg. The case is linked to an incident that occurred between June 19 and 20 in the Saliña neighborhood. The police have not released specific details about the incident. 

The suspect remains in custody pending further investigation.
