ARIZONA - Druw Jones, 18, signed his first contract as a professional baseball player with the Arizona Diamondbacks last weekend.
Druw is the son of the famous Curaçao baseball player Andruw Jones. The Diamondbacks have deposited more than $8 million for the baseball talent. This week Druw will start his training, before he will play matches at the club.
Jones says he is determined to become a Major League player. The young baseball player says he wants to do everything and to learn a lot from the different players and coaches.
