The group began the program in 2024. The training was facilitated by the Opleidingsinstituut Rechtshandhaving en Veiligheidszorg (ORV), which provides professional education for law enforcement and security personnel. The BBB program includes both theoretical and practical components, allowing participants to work while attending classes as part of a learn-and-work training trajectory.

Several officials addressed those present during the ceremony. Ronald Richardson spoke on behalf of Stanley Maduro, Sector Manager for Initial Training Programs. Also delivering remarks were Alpha Falbru, director of ORV, and Anthony Hasselmeijer, deputy director of SDKK. Justice Minister Shalten Hato officially presented the diplomas to the 17 security trainees.

Special recognition was given to security trainee Pereira B. from class 2024-1 and trainee Sprockel Q. from class 2024-2, who were named the best-performing graduates of the BBB program.

During the ceremony, certification cards were also presented to 11 prison staff members who completed a basic forklift operation course. On that occasion, Zairitsa Ignatia addressed those present and explained the training process and its importance for the institution.

The ceremony concluded in a pleasant atmosphere, where attendees congratulated the graduates and had the opportunity to socialize. Prison management expressed strong satisfaction with these achievements, noting that the training contributes to strengthening the professionalism and capacity of the SDKK workforce.
