WILLEMSTAD – The Curaçao Police Force (KPC) has officially welcomed 16 aspiring officers who are set to begin their two-year training program. Upon successful completion, they will qualify as "emergency response and enforcement officers."
On Monday, January 6, the group of young recruits was symbolically handed over by Minister of Justice Shalten Hato to Police Chief Raymond Ellis. Following the ceremony, they were transported to the Rio Canario Police Station, where they were greeted and wished success in their training via the internal police radio system.
