WILLEMSTAD - During three naturalization ceremonies on December 14 and 15, 2023, a total of 145 individuals took the declaration of allegiance before the Governor of Curaçao, H.E. Lucille George-Wout. As a result, these individuals have obtained Dutch citizenship.
December 15 marks Kingdom Day. In 1954, Queen Juliana signed the Charter for the Kingdom of the Netherlands on December 15. The statute regulates the relationships between all the countries within the Kingdom.
