WILLEMSTAD - The Stichting Hulp aan Curaçao has made a donation of 10,000 guilders to Fundashon Vishon Bandabou. This financial aid is aimed at helping families severely affected by the flooding that hit the island on May 4 this year.

The funds will be used to address the immediate needs of these vulnerable families and support them in recovering from the damage inflicted.

The May floods had a devastating impact on many households in Curaçao, particularly in Bándabou. Numerous homes were damaged, and many families lost their belongings.

The situation has created an urgent need for emergency assistance and support for those affected. Collaboration between local organizations is crucial during these challenging times to help the community recover and rebuild.
