WILLEMSTAD - A new edition of the CliniClowns Artbag has been launched — a colorful tote bag that beautifully combines local art and social impact. For this edition, CliniClowns Curaçao partnered with renowned Curaçaoan artist Isabel Bérénos, who created an exclusive design capturing the very essence of CliniClowns’ mission: joy, energy, and human connection.
Bérénos is widely recognized for her expressive line work and vibrant compositions inspired by nature, the supernatural, and Caribbean culture. Her design for CliniClowns reflects how the clowns use play, music, and imagination to touch people’s hearts and bring moments of relief during difficult times.
All proceeds from the sale of the CliniClowns Artbag will directly support CliniClowns Curaçao’s ongoing work. The funds enable the organization’s clowns to continue visiting children, elderly individuals, and people with disabilities in hospitals and care institutions — bringing joy, distraction, and meaningful interaction through their performances.
The production of the Artbag was made possible thanks to eight local sponsors, whose names are featured on the side of the bags: Corendon Foundation, SOAB, Citizens Insurance, StvB Advocaten, Farmavita, Onderlinge Hulp, Landsloterij, Fundashon Abram Edgardo Salas & Firgos.
The limited-edition Artbag is available at Van den Tweel Supermarket, Goisco, Esperamos, Botica Cerito, Dushi Store, Bruna, Top1Toys, and Mensing’s Caminada, with more outlets to be announced soon.
Companies and organizations interested in ordering 50 or more bags as year-end or corporate gifts can contact CliniClowns Curaçao directly for bulk purchases.
