WILLEMSTAD – The fourth edition of the SHE Leads Conference will take place on May 30 and 31, 2025, at the Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort, bringing together women from across Curaçao and the Caribbean for two days of empowerment, transformation, and connection. This year’s theme is “Authenticity & Trust”, with a focus on personal and professional growth. 

The event is the brainchild of local entrepreneur Silvetty de la Paz, who will also be one of the featured speakers. Through her companies Nostra Growth and Fémina, De la Paz has been a driving force behind the development of female leadership in the community. At the conference, she will speak about the role of authenticity and trust in leadership, drawing from her own journey and professional experience. 

A Blend of Local and Global Inspiration 

In addition to local voices, this year’s SHE Leads Conference will host three international speakers: 

Donna Regis-Prosper (Barbados), Secretary-General and CEO of the Caribbean Tourism Organization, 

Carmen Gomez (Spain), founder of Your True Blueprint and expert in intuitive leadership, 

Tabitha Brown (USA), actress, author, and entrepreneur known for her powerful message of positivity and empathy—and a global following of over 13 million on social media. 

Conference and Signature Brunch 

The main conference will be held on Friday, May 30, followed by the popular SHE Leads Brunch on Saturday, May 31. The brunch offers participants a deeper dive into the theme of authentic leadership, providing space for reflection, meaningful conversation, and inspiration.
