CDC no longer views Curaçao as a high-risk country

WASHINGTON, WILLEMSTAD - The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the US no longer considers Curaçao a high-risk country. According to the CDC, American tourists can safely travel to Curaçao because the risk of infection on the island is currently very low.

The CDC uses a classification on 5 levels, of which level 1 (which Curaçao now falls under) is the lowest. Incidentally, the new layout does not change the Curaçao policy for incoming travelers. The PCR and antigen test before the trip remain mandatory. The antigen test 3 days after arrival remains mandatory for the time being.
