Weekly flights again between Suriname and Curaçao

WILLEMSTAD, PARAMARIBO - Fly Allways will again offer weekly flights between Suriname and Curaçao from next Friday. Fully vaccinated people are allowed to travel freely to Suriname. The rules are a lot stricter for travelers who are not or not fully vaccinated.

The Surinamese airline will fly every Friday between Suriname and Curaçao from 16 July. Tickets are available from $695, excluding taxes.

Travelers who are not or not fully vaccinated are currently not allowed to travel freely to Suriname. They must first request permission from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This can be done via conza@gov.sr. But only essential travel or repatriation travel is allowed.

The journey requires a negative PCR test result not older than 72 hours prior to flight departure. After arrival, a mandatory 7-day hotel quarantine (under surveillance) applies.

The requirements of the Surinamese government are less strict for fully vaccinated people. They do not need permission from the ministry and do not have to be quarantined after arrival. The government wants them to have a negative PCR test result not older than 72 hours.
