São Paulo and Curaçao now connected with direct flights

WILLEMSTAD - The inaugural flight from São Paulo to Curaçao was celebrated at the Curaçao International Airport with an event that included speeches by the Minister of Economic Development Dr. Steven Martina, Minister of Traffic, Transport and Urban Planning Mrs. Jesus-Leito, CEO of Divi Divi Air, Mrs. Germaine Richie-Durand and the deputy-CEO of the Curaçao Airport Partners Mr. Paulo Mazzali.

Curaçao is now more within reach for Brazilian travelers with the new flight connecting São Paulo to Curaçao. Starting December 16, this flight operated by Corendon/Divi Divi Air will be debuting, with its 6-hour direct flight on a 189-seat Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Thanks to this flight option, our tourism product, beaches and attractions will be receiving more Brazilian visitors. On-board of the first flight were 67 Brazilian passengers including travel agents and press members. The São Paulo flight departs on Sundays at 09:35 (local time), with arrivals in Curaçao scheduled for 2:00 p.m. The Curaçao-São Paulo direct flight will be on Saturdays, departing at 10:50 a.m. (local time) and arriving in São Paulo at 19:20 (local time).
