WILLEMSTAD - From July 1, Kunuku Aqua Resort will be open again daily for its local guests only. Fun for young and old can start again at the one and only Aqua Fun Park in Curaçao!

Last May 2020, Kunuku Aqua Resort decided to be available for the government as a quarantine hotel for returning residents. On May 10, Kunuku Aqua Resort received the first returnees from the U.S., and 2 days later a group of residents from the Netherlands were welcomed. All returning residents were quarantined for 2 weeks and luckily all turned out to be healthy by the end of that period. That is why the group from the U.S. was picked up on May 24 and the group from the Netherlands on May 26 by their overjoyed relatives.

Kunuku Aqua Resort no longer received quarantine guests but decided to make a virtue of the emergency (closure by corona): major maintenance has been carried out and innovation has been implemented. The management and employees have been busy daily with deep clean, painting and updating various units. The resort is not only tiptop clean and beautifully made, the Aquapark has been expanded into an AquaFunpark with the arrival of new, inflatable slides and the lightning fast “The Beach Party Ride”!

Since June 1, Kunuku Aqua Resort has opened its doors again on weekends for day passes and weekend stays, but from July 1, the resort will reopen daily, offering fantastic deals exclusively to local guests.
