KLM will only fly to Curaçao on Tuesdays for the next three weeks

WILLEMSTAD - KLM will only fly to Curaçao once a week for the next three weeks. The flights are operated with the largest Boeing of the fleet, the 777-300.

This afternoon the aircraft leaves with a reasonable occupancy of passengers on board back to Amsterdam.

Friday there will be an extra cargo flight to bring medical equipment to the island. This is carried out in collaboration with the Dutch government.

That plane has three people in the cockpit, but no crew on board and will, therefore, fly back empty with the same cockpit crew on Saturday after the mandatory rest period.
