WILLEMSTAD - The most beautiful costumes came by at the Children's Carnival last Sunday. The children's carnival parade took place on Sunday afternoon at 1 o'clock.

It was a colorful spectacle that attracted many people. The parade took place without any incident.

On Friday the teenagers will their chance to show their creativity in the streets of Willemstad. Then on Saturday, it will be the people of Banda Bou (western side of the island) and on Sunday the big parade in the streets of Willemstad.

On Monday the children will get a chance to say farewell to their carnival and on Tuesday is the final parade. Then Curaçao will burn King Momo as a symbol of leaving all their sins behind for a new beginning. Happy Carnival!
