Baoase Luxury Resort: Celebrating Community Spirit and Generosity with an $86.400 Donation

WILLEMSTAD - Baoase Luxury Resort is delighted to announce the continuation of its cherished tradition of giving back to the community, with a remarkable donation of USD $86.400 split evenly between Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) Curaçao and The Baoase Foundation. This marks the third consecutive year that Baoase and its generous community have donated to RMHC Curaçao, reaffirming their commitment to supporting this vital cause.

This year’s annual Baoase Crab Race took on special significance as it was held for the first time at our stunning new Bida Beach. The event welcomed guests to this beautiful setting for an afternoon of joy, laughter, and giving. With over 99 crabs sold, the race raised nearly USD 10.000, a testament to the excitement and generosity of our cherished guests.

Adding to the event’s success, an exclusive auction featured a range of coveted prizes that further boosted donations. Guests enthusiastically participated, bidding on different luxurious experiences.

The Baoase Foundation champions sustainability, health, and education through initiatives like coral nurseries, sustainable energy and water strategies, and environmental awareness campaigns. It fosters community engagement with educational and volunteer programs, promotes well-being through biophilic designs, and advocates for ethical, nutritious, and sustainable food systems.

Moreso, Ronald McDonald House Charities Curaçao provides vital support to families in need, and we are honored to support their mission. This year’s donation mirrors the success of previous years and reaffirms our dedication to making a positive impact in the local community.

We are deeply grateful to every guest, partner, and family who helped make this year’s event a success. Your generosity continues to inspire us, and we look forward to many more moments of joy and giving back in the years ahead.
