PNP Parliamentarians criticize Minister Silvania and call for accountability

Parliamentarians from the PNP party (a coalition partner) have criticized Minister Silvania for his actions, suggesting that he should resign due to his handling of public funds. MFK, however, continues to support Minister Silvania, despite the ongoing concerns.

Why is this the case?

It is evident that MFK is standing by Minister Silvania in anticipation of the upcoming elections, preferring to overlook his criminal actions. How many times has Minister Silvania’s conduct been questionable? How many times has he failed to address issues adequately? Public health is in disarray, finance is in shambles, and relations within the coalition are disastrous.

Is it preferable to sacrifice Curaçao’s well-being just to keep the minister in his position?
