NO FLOW

I've been waiting for Flow since November 21. They made an appointment with me twice but NO FLOW. Not a phone call with "sorry", not a new appointment nada. They are difficult to reach anyway and the ladies who answer the phone are not the ones who make the appointments. They must report this to a department head who apparently has no time for this customer, no time to deal with a complaint, no time to correct an error.

In the meantime, my case has been passed on to him by at least three different very friendly ladies but NO FLOW, nada. Flow also has no Customer Service by the way; when I set up a chat with them, I got the answer that there is nobody available to answer my question.

It is my understanding that there are people who are considering suing Flow. Can they please indicate where to go to join? My name and address are known to the editors. If I place it here, I will never get a Flow connection.
