It's too bad that UTS can't make it any longer and we won't see all their many cars driving around. But of course, only in the morning. Anyone working at UTS had lots of freedom to structure his work day so most of them were home by early afternoon. Rarely I was able to get an appointment scheduled for the later afternoon.

When something was wrong with the internet and someone would have to climb up into the attic this took several appointments until one had mercy to do it. Comparably it was rather easy getting an appointment for Sunday. I think because UTS paid very well for so-called Sunday inspection work. It was more a looking at the job because real work was never done.

But the absolute highlight of dedicated customer service for me was: as I went to then still existing UTS outlet at Santa Rosa Weg applying for an internet connection and a friendly young lady smiling all over her face was telling me: sorry, but the internet is for locals only!

Farewell UTS and hope you don't ever have the power to be on the market again!
