WILLEMSTAD - On Monday, July 15, 2024, the Immigration Service launched its Client Connectivity Center (CCC). The Client Connectivity Center is a digital area where clients can digitally connect with the Immigration Service.
The Client Connectivity Center consists of three (3) "self-service kiosks." The purpose of these kiosks is to effectively transmit information to clients who come to seek information personally at the Immigration Service, without having to wait in line. The kiosks are connected to all the information available on our website.

At the kiosks, clients can check the status of their application. If it is approved, the client can immediately make an appointment via the kiosk. If the client needs general information but does not have internet access, they can find all the information via the kiosks. If the client needs to submit an application via email or online but does not have an email address, they can also do so via the kiosks. Clients who have submitted their application online can also access their "dashboard" via the kiosks to check the status of their application. These are just some of the services that the Client Connectivity Center currently offers.
The Immigration Service encourages all clients visiting its office to make use of the Client Connectivity Center. By using the Client Connectivity Center, clients help us serve them quickly and efficiently!
