U.S. may not abuse Curaçao humanitarian aid

WILLEMSTAD - The Dutch government must make it absolutely clear to the United States that it must not misuse Curaçao as a logistics hub for humanitarian aid to Venezuela as a springboard for military action in the direction of Venezuela.

This is according to the Dutch Member of Parliament Sjoerd Sjoerdsma yesterday during a general meeting of the Standing Committee for Foreign Affairs with Minister Stef Blok of Foreign Affairs.

Part of the Second Chamber of the Dutch Parliament is critical of Curaçao joining the treaty with America on the admission of soldiers to each other's territory and wants to debate this with the government.
