WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 966 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 176 of them resulted positive: a positivity rate of 18%. This brings the number of active infections to 4768. 116 active cases have recovered.  

The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 129 people are now in the hospital. 44 of them are in the intensive care unit. There are 9 people from Curaçao hospitalized in Aruba in the intensive care unit.

Unfortunately, 3 more have died making the total now 66 deaths. 2 died in the hospital and 1 at home.
