Travel to the Caribbean part of the kingdom could be possible starting June 15

THE HAGUE - Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte has just announced in a press conference that travels to the Caribbean part of the kingdom will be possible again starting June 15.

As of June 15, Germany, Belgium, Italy and Croatia, as well as the six islands of the Caribbean part of the kingdom, are likely to have code yellow. France, Austria, and Switzerland can also follow shortly thereafter.

“Note that yellow is not green. We ask travelers to keep a close eye on the situation. Of course, as a guest in another country, you stick to the rules that apply there, while the Dutch rules also remain a good guideline.” Rutte said.

Airlines have now made agreements on how to deal with safety on board. When flying, passengers must follow the instructions of the airlines, which may differ per company.
