WILLEMSTAD - The Chamber of Commerce & Industry Curaçao, following the Kingdom Mission to Panama in November 2018, facilitated the Kingdom Embassy in Panama in their visit to Curaçao with a view to informing local entrepreneurs about doing business in that country.

The Chamber, in collaboration with the Embassy, organized a fully booked and free session "Doing business with Panama" for local entrepreneurs interested in doing business in the Central American country. In addition to this session and several 1 to 1 meetings of the Embassy on other economic areas, the Chamber also organized a round table session for local entrepreneurs with specific activities in the logistics sector.

The Chamber is satisfied with the enthusiasm of the entrepreneurs for international business and opportunities outside Curaçao and encourages them to keep an eye on these opportunities for export and international networks.

During the sessions, the Embassy also launched the Kingdom Mission Panama and Costa Rica March 17-21, 2019, with spearheads Maritime, Agro and Logistics. If entrepreneurs are interested, they can contact the Chamber via businessinfo@curacao-chamber.cw.
