Press release defense team Mr. Gerrit Schotte.

WILLEMSTAD - The defense team of Mr. Gerrit Schotte hereby announces the following regarding the reporting of an interrogation of Mr. Schotte.

1. Mr. Gerrit Schotte was heard for a few hours this morning by the RST. He was only heard as a witness in an ongoing investigation in Curaçao. Mr. Schotte has given his full cooperation to this.

2. The RST has confirmed to Mr. Schotte and his lawyers GJ Knoops and Mw L.Da Costa Gomez, who attended this interrogation, that Mr. Schotte was only heard as a witness and not as a suspect.

This in response to a statement in which the name of Mr. Gerrit Schotte is mentioned and which statement according to Gerrit Schotte is demonstrably incorrect.

3. There is no indication that Mr. Schotte might be a suspect in this investigation.
