THE HAGUE - The Netherlands, Aruba and Curaçao are considering a visa requirement for Venezuelans. Minister Stef Blok of Foreign Affairs reports on parliamentary questions.

Most Venezuelans who are staying on the islands illegally enter via the airport as tourists.

Traveling on to the Netherlands with a kingdom visa is not possible. The islands are not part of the Schengen Convention, which regulates access to Europe.
