WILLEMSTAD - Paul de Geus is leaving the telecommunication company UTS. For 13 years he led the telecom company in Curaçao and St Maarten. The reason for his departure is the acquisition of UTS by Liberty Latin America.

Paul de Geus thanked everyone in the company in a farewell letter.

Recently the news came that the CEO of UTS earned 1.1 million guilders annually for his work as boss of the telecom company. His successor is not yet known.
