WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 416 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, only 21 of them resulted positive: a positivity rate of 5%. 180 active cases have recovered.  This brings the number of active infections to 2356.

The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 106 people are now in the hospital. 37 of them are in the intensive care unit. There are 9 people from Curaçao still in the Aruban hospital in the intensive care unit.

Unfortunately, 1 has died making the total now 90 deaths. This person died in the hospital.
