No more tests needed to enter Curaçao

WILLEMSTAD - Passengers traveling to Curaçao will soon no longer need to be tested. The government announced this on Monday. A digital Passenger Locator Card (PLC) must still be completed.

From Thursday March 10, the PCR and antigen test for passengers traveling to Curaçao will expire. "Persons traveling to Curaçao only have to fill in the PLC. This means that one no longer needs to take any Covid-19 test to travel to Curaçao," the statement said.

In recent times, the measures on the island have been further scaled down. Travelers from the CAS and BES islands no longer had to be tested.

The government will issue a 'Relato di Dia' on Tuesday, a 'Report of the Day' in which further scaling down of other measures to prevent the spread of the corona virus will be announced. Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas said at a parliamentary meeting on Monday morning that most of the measures will disappear.
