WILLEMSTAD - The opposition party Korsou di Nos Tur has filed a criminal complaint against 8 people involved in the HNO (New Hospital Otrabanda) project.

Five ministers from the Rhuggenaath cabinet, two HNO directors and the bank director from Vida Nova. It is about criminal offenses concerning the 200 million loan, the party says.

Persons involved were aware of the lack of the correct legislation, but nevertheless continued with the process of the loan. The governor eventually put a stop to this.
