WILLEMSTAD - The superintendent of InselAir International Rogier van den Heuvel has been given the right to convince interCaribbean Airways from the court until the following week Friday to present the previously promised bank guarantee.
The lawsuit that Van den Heuvel filed against the airline from the Turks and Caicos Islands took place this morning. There is still no information about the verdict in this case.
If Van den Heuvel wins the case then, the collateral must be issued under duress. The judge finds the case so important he believed postponement was relevant, said the superintendent of the local airline.
