Curaçao’s new government: Pisas cabinet sworn in

WILLEMSTAD - The Pisas Cabinet was sworn in this afternoon by Governor Lucille George-Wout. The Governor mentioned that their government term will start in extremely difficult circumstances.

George-Wout said that life was not easy for many Curaçaoans even before the corona crisis. Urgent care would also be needed in all sectors and she stated that a new impulse is needed.

The Governor indicated that the cabinet is not alone and that she is also always available for advice. Furthermore, she hopes that all decisions of the government are taken in the interest of Curaçao.
