Curaçao Roadshow in Germany Attracts 150 Attendees

 

WILLEMSTAD – Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB), in close collaboration with three German tour operators DERTOUR Group, alltours Flugreisen and Sunwave Singlereisen & Gruppenreisen recently organized a roadshow across several cities in Germany. Airline partners, KLM and Corendon also participated, helping showcase Curaçao as a premier tourist destination. The events attracted 110 travel agents in Düsseldorf and Wiesbaden, with an additional 40 end consumers in Hamburg and Munich.  

Each event featured a 30-minute presentation by a representative of CTB, followed by a product update and a detailed presentation of Curaçao’s hotel portfolio by the participating tour operators. KLM and Corendon emphasized how seamless it is to reach Curaçao from Germany via their well-connected routes. Attendees had the opportunity to get a taste of the island with Blue Curaçao cocktails, and they could also win sponsored stay prizes, from Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort, Kunuku Aqua Resort, Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao and The Rif at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao 

For the Hamburg and Munich events, tour operator Sunwave Singlereisen & Gruppenreisen introduced a special segment targeting singles and solo travelers, many of whom have been visiting Curaçao annually since 2014 during October and November. The event aimed to showcase Curaçao, foster new connections, and encourage future travel collaborations among attendees.
