WILLEMSTAD - The government of Curaçao reports that there are 39 new COVID-19 cases on the island. This is the result after 443 people were tested. 7 of these cases are linked to known ones and the other 32 are still being investigated by the epidemiology team through contact tracing.

39 active case have recovered, and the total active cases remain at 1,660.

Currently there are 17 people in the CMC hospital with COVID-19 symptoms. 6 of them are in intensive care.

11 have died due to the virus.
