WILLEMSTAD - The Common Court of Justice is discussing this afternoon in a Council Chamber session on the possible prosecution of former minister Dr. Steven Martina.

Earlier this year, the Public Prosecution Service stated that he had committed a criminal offense as a minister but would not be prosecuted.

The opposition party of Amparo Dos Santos MP, Kòrsou di Nos Tur wants a further prosecution. In the session today, member of that party Carlos Monk is being given the floor. Here they will be able to argue why they think the minister should be prosecuted.

The court did not announce yet when this will be decided.
