WILLEMSTAD - Thursday, April 18 you can see aspiring Caribbean soldiers marching through the Roodeweg over the ferry bridge to Fort Amsterdam. There they are welcomed by the Governor of Curaçao, family, friends and colleagues.

Dozens of boys started their training to become Aruban or Curaçao militaries in October. That training is now completed with a gathering at the governor's mansion.
