WILLEMSTAD - Today was the official inauguration of the new Curaçao-Miami rout which is operated by Aruba Airlines. The first flight took place on Wednesday November 27.

The airline flies directly to the new destination four times a week: Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.

The expectation is that the price on the route to Miami will now be more competitive. Aruba Airlines offers tickets costing 399 dollars for a return trip.
