WILLEMSTAD - The epidemiology department reports that out of 296 people who were tested today for the COVID-19 virus, 30 of them resulted positive: a positivity rate of 10%. 324 active cases have recovered.  This brings the number of active infections to 4472.

The situation at the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC): 118 people are now in the hospital. 41 of them are in the intensive care unit. There are 9 people from Curaçao hospitalized in Aruba in the intensive care unit.

Unfortunately, 2 more have died making the total now 66 deaths. 1 died in the hospital and 1 at home.
