WILLEMSTAD - Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas met with the E Hende Foundation on Tuesday, March 21 to discuss various issues related to the development of public housing in Curaçao.
The meeting was attended by various representatives, including Ms. Ardieth Merien-Martha and Messrs. La Bast, Camps, Schoop and Remy Hato, who represented the various districts and neighborhoods.
During the meeting, it was discussed how the government of Curaçao can support the foundation in its efforts to promote the development of public housing in various districts and neighborhoods.
Topics that were discussed included the situation regarding the purchase and sale of public houses, the maintenance of public houses, the renting of public houses and the plots adjacent to the Property Management Bureau.
Workgroup
After the meeting, it was decided to set up a working group, consisting of experts from various government agencies, who will work closely with the E Hende Foundation to address the issues discussed.
