WILLEMSTAD - The police have discovered the identity of the victim at Baya Beach. It is the 61-year-old Alwin Eliphlet Bremer, born in Curaçao.

His body was found severely maimed on the peninsula of Caracas Bay on Tuesday, but the murder did not take place there. A 52-year-old man was arrested yesterday.
