WILLEMSTAD - Grupo 10 starts a lawsuit against the government in the name of 800 teachers. In this way ten teachers of the VSBO St. Jozef want to force the government to still give them their salary increase with retroactive effect. They say they are entitled to this.

According to the teachers, the law clearly states that a teacher is entitled to promotion after 5 years, but the government does not abide by the rule.

And therefore, according to the Grupo 10, the Minister of Education no longer responds to their letters, they now go to court.
