WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao allows all travelers from the world through its airport and seaport. Also travelers from high-risk countries. They must meet a series of conditions.

low risk countries

Travelers from low risk countries only need to fill out a Passenger Locator Card via www.dicardcuracao.com.

All other countries are seen as high risk countries. To travel to Curaçao from such a country, passengers must be able to show a negative PCR test on arrival, which is not older than 72 hours. They have to fill out the Passenger Locator Car (PLC) and make an appointment, at least 48 hours before traveling, for an antigen test which must take place 3 days after arrival on the island. Passengers can receive all information via www.dicardcuracao.com and can fill out the Passenger Locator Card (PLC).
