Travelers Corendon Curaçao and Bonaire receive a free corona test

AMSTERDAM - Corendon customers who have booked a trip to Curaçao or Bonaire will receive a message a few weeks before departure about making an appointment for a free corona test. Non-Corendon travelers can also have themselves tested via Corendon (including a travel document) but will pay 89.50 euros for this.

The test must take place two days before departure and can also be taken on weekends. The next day, travelers receive the results by text message and via an app. If the coronavirus is not found, the traveler will receive the travel document required to leave for the holiday destination.

If the result is positive, the trip must be canceled, and the person must report to the Health Department. According to Corendon, cancellation insurance covers most cases. Travelers are advised to pay close attention to this when booking.
