WILLEMSTAD - In an accident on the Pater Eeuwensweg, three were seriously injured on Saturday night.

The car in which the three sat was on its way to Otrobanda, when it drove across the central reservation for a still unknown reason and crashed head-on against a pickup truck.

Every year 25,000 cars are involved in an accident on Curaçao. 3000 road users are injured and have to go to the hospital. That is about 8 a day.
