WILLEMSTAD - The Ministry of Finance has announced that the Testament Registry Department, which was initially scheduled to reopen to the public on Thursday, November 7, following its relocation, will now open on Friday, November 8, at its new address on Pietermaai 4-4A. 

The entrance to the department is located on the lower (west) side of the building, with signage indicating its location.
