WILLEMSTAD – The Permits Office of the Ministry of Economic Development reminds all interested individuals planning to sell products along the routes of the Seú parades (Bándariba and/or Bándabou) in 2025 that they must apply for a temporary street vendor permit or a temporary kiosk permit. The deadline for permit applications is March 31, 2025, for the Bándariba route and April 14, 2025, for the Bándabou route. 

Applying for a Temporary Permit 

Vendors wishing to sell products along the parade route must apply for a temporary street vendor permit (permit for ambulant trade). Those intending to sell from a mobile kiosk must apply for a temporary kiosk permit. Vendors with an existing fixed stand along the route must also obtain a specific permit for the Seú Parades 2025. 

If you wish to sell at both Seú parade routes (Bándariba and Bándabou), you must submit a separate application for each. Even if you have sold at previous Seú parades, you must apply for a specific permit for Seú 2025. 

How to Apply for a Permit? 

To apply for either a temporary street vendor permit or a temporary kiosk permit for the Seú season 2025, visit the Permits Office, Intake Department at Saliña 127 (next to Subway). The office is open Monday to Thursday from 08:00 AM to 03:00 PM and Friday from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
