Temporary relocation of immigration services

Local | By Correspondent September 25, 2024

WILLEMSTAD - The Immigration Service has announced that starting September 26, 2024, its counters for issuing residence stamps in passports will be temporarily relocated to the Permits Desk at Saliña. This means that all clients with appointments to obtain their residence stamp must visit the Permits Desk (Vergunningenloket) according to their scheduled appointment time.

Currently, maintenance work is taking place within the client waiting area, which has hindered the ability to serve customers at their usual location. To continue providing customary services to clients, the Immigration Service has set up a temporary location at the Permits Desk (Vergunningenloket) at Saliña 127 (Eurobuilding).

This relocation is solely for clients with appointments for residence stamps, refund vouchers, return proof, and final payments. During this period, the office will not be able to provide in-person information to clients. For all inquiries, clients can send an email to info@immigrationcur.org or contact the Admission Office Curaçao via Facebook and Instagram, or by phone at 733-2000. Clients needing to schedule an appointment can do so through the website www.immigrationcur.org. All correspondence (mail) for the Immigration Service can also be delivered to the Permits Desk during public hours.
