Suspected cases of hand-foot-mouth disease

WILLEMSTAD - Presumably hand-foot-mouth disease has broken out at a play school. Parents have been informed by the board of the school.

Hand-foot-mouth disease causes painful, red spots and blisters to form in the mouth, hands and feet. The disease is caused by a virus and spreads among children. It's a fairly harmless disease that looks worse than it is. A child with the hand-foot-mouth disease will get better on its own within 2 weeks.
