Stakeholders informed about ICAO audit

WILLEMSTAD - Curaçao will be audited this year September by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). The organization wants to see if Curaçao adheres to the international standards in the aviation sector.

For this reason, the Minister of Traffic, Zita Jesus-Leito together with the Curaçao Civil Aviation Authority (CCAA) met with the various stakeholders in this industry. These are the Curaçao Hospitality and Tourism Association (CHATA), Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB), Curaçao Airport Partners (CAP) and Curaçao Airport Holding (CAH) about the works the government has been doing in this sector.

The parties also spoke about what can be done to ensure that Curaçao will go through this audit successfully.
