WILLEMSTAD - The Secretary General of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs, recently paid a courtesy visit to Prime Minister Eugene Rhuggenaath at Fort Amsterdam in Willemstad.
They cooperation between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the Netherlands and the Directorate for External Relations (DBB) on Curaçao was discussed.
They also looked back at the seat of the Kingdom in the UN Security Council and looked ahead at issues where the countries can work together in a UN context. Mw. Brandt will become the representative of the Kingdom in 2020 at the United Nations in New York.
